Ashby Capital acquired 55 Old Broad Street for £282 million and is now planning to deliver Grade A sustainable office space targeting BREEAM and NABERS ratings. Skanska's contract includes the complete construction of the new office building together with the installation of its mechanical, electrical and public health engineering systems.
