Bruntwood SciTech invests £11m in Cambridge's Melbourn Science Park

Specialist developer Bruntwood SciTech has announced an £11m investment in Cambridge’s Melbourn Science Park, upgrading more than 22,000 sq ft of workspace as it seeks to attract businesses from a broader range of sectors.

Willmott Dixon on £17.9m Bury Interchange works

The project includes improvements to Metrolink tram platforms and a 57-metre steel pedestrian footbridge over the tram lines. The bridge will connect to Union Square, with a new pedestrian route offering step-free access to Pyramid Park.
