Evans Property Group has secured detailed planning consent for a �26m speculative industrial scheme in Staffordshire. Phase one of Fradley Link will deliver 280,000 sq ft of units at Fradley Park in Lichfield. The two units will comprise 78,500 sq ft and 204,500 sq ft and target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A-ratings.
