�3 billion housebuilding schemes to unlock homes and boost growth

The government launched billions of pounds in guarantees for housebuilders to help deliver housing targets. This includes reopening the �2 billion PRS Guarantee Scheme for BtR developers and doubling the ENABLE Build scheme for smaller housebuilders to �2 billion.
