A group of BtR industry professionals have come together to form a Build to Rent Taskforce, chaired by MP for Sheffield Southeast Clive Betts. The cross-sector group of professionals includes developers, operators, advisers, investors, and representatives from the BPF and ARL. The Taskforce aims to promote Build to Rent and SFR, protecting consumers, and facilitating public and private partnerships to increase the provision of new homes.
