The City of London has approved PLP Architecture's plans for a major new office building at 30 Minories. The project will retain a nearby building known as Writers House and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and NABERS UK - as well aiming for Net Zero carbon in operation.
