HJB Investments is looking to change the use and refurbish the Grade II Listed former Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, which would be retained. Plans submitted are for the redevelopment of 80 Broad Street, to create a 42-storey mixed use development with 300 BtR homes and a community hub.
