The Rylands development of the former Debenhams on Manchesters Market Street will enter its second phase to transform the site into a mixed-use retail, office, and leisure space. Plans submitted by AM Alpha detail 10 storeys of mixed-use floorspace and the creation of a shopping arcade on the buildings revamped ground floor, with public access from Market Street.
