Berkeley Group launches a new ten-year strategy, Berkeley 2035, and provides more details about its current and future Build to Rent plans. The company announced its launch into BtR in June 20204, but has commited to greater investment in this sector over the next decade. The Berkeley Build to Rent platform aims to add around 4,000 homes across 16 sites within its initial portfolio.
