Glencar has been appointed by long-standing customer Big Yellow Self Storage to build a new 135,000 sq. ft (MLA) six storey development at a site in Staples Corner, London. The project will include storage facilities alongside flexible office space. The development is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
