Senior living BtR specialist Birchgrove has opened its latest development, the 52-unit Pepperpot House in Godalming, Surrey. Birchgrove notes that 40% of the apartments were reserved off plan. The senior BtR market is still in its infancy in the UK, but demonstrating it's a popular model, with Birchgrove operating four other retirement communities in the Southeast, with one of these now at full capacity and operating a waiting list.
