Chancerygate and Hines have announced a new strategic joint venture (JV) to deliver �39m urban logistics development of 166,500 sq ft in Oldham. Subject to planning, the new JV scheme will comprise 18 leasehold units ranging from 4,700 sq ft to 20,500 sq ft. All properties at the development will target minimum EPC rating of A and a BREEAM Excellent rating.
