Deposit-alternative service Flatfair is partnering with BtR specialist Fresh. Instead of paying a traditional cash deposit, Fresh residents can choose to pay a smaller one-off fee of one weeks rent plus VAT. The aim is to make moving into Fresh BtR accommodation more affordable.
