Built by Wilmott Dixon, Stockport Interchange is a BtR scheme which includes a new transport hub and new two-acre park. Cityheart, Rise Homes, Stockport Council, GMCA, Transport for Greater Manchester and Wilmott Dixon received the award jointly.
