Build to Rent management company Dandara Living has secured planning permission from Birmingham City Council for its Warners Field development in Digbeth, Birmingham. The mixed use project will deliver over 1300 new BtR homes and include landscaping for biodiversity. There will also be 2,700 sqm of commercial space.
