Logik Developments and Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures have made changes to plans for their Arundel Street scheme, in part to bring it in line with the latest fire regulations. This includes the addition of a second staircase. The updated plans also retain the former Dot Motorcycle Works on Ellesmere Street.
