British Land has amended its plans for a lab and office development in Botley Road, Oxford following public feedback. The updated plans for a former retail park include greater privacy for nearby homes as well as a new space operated by a local social enterprise. The scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and include rooftop PVs as well as extensive planting.
