International real estate developers Edge and Mitsubishi Estate London Limited have completed the acquisition of 125 Shaftesbury Avenue in Londons West End. 125 Shaftesbury Avenue is a 180,000 sq ft office building with retail at ground floor level. Plans for the building will be aligned to Edges commitment to achieving absolute Net Zero by 2050.
