Firethorn Trust has purchased a landmark 70,000 sq ft office in Vauxhall. It will be converted to a residential scheme. The deal is the second purchase made by Firethorn Trusts new residential division and its first in the capital.
The new offering will specialise in buy-to-let and student accommodation.
