Goldbeck UK, a subsidiary of German contractor Goldbeck GmbH - has been awarded part of a contract worth �78m to develop a new municipal office block and production studio in Cardiff. The project is Area A of the Atlantic Wharf regeneration programme, a 30-acre, seven-year scheme with a �1bn gross development value. In total, it will deliver 153,300 msq of mixed-used space, including leisure, office, housing and hotel.
