Labour's Pensions Minister Emma Reynolds has welcomed a huge investment scheme for Build To Rent. Reynolds has spoken in favour of an announcement by UK pension scheme Nest and finance giant Legal & General that it would invest up to a billion pounds in Build to Rent schemes.
