Grainger has acquired two sites in Cardiff worth over �8 million and is progressing plans to gain consent for around 400 BtR homes with amenities. With 11,069 operational rental homes nationally and a further 4,730 homes in its �1.4bn pipeline, Graingers Cardiff acquisitions provide an opportunity to grow its presence in the city, which is a key target location.
