Highstreet food retailer Greggs aims to increase its presence across the UK and is expanding its logistics facilities to support growth. The new centre at SEGRO's SmartParc Derby will include an onsite shared energy centre, utilising a centralised heating and cooling system that recycles heat from refrigeration plants across the estate.
