Greykite and Gatehouse IM form a �750m single-family housing (SFH) BtR joint venture to deliver thousands of new homes. The JV has acquired an initial seed portfolio of 11 sites from Persimmon Homes across the Midlands, Yorkshire and the North East. Minority partner Gatehouse IM �� a living sector investment platform �� will manage the sites and manager of SFR housing, Ascend has been appointed as Property Manager.
