Grosvenors UK property business has successfully retrofitted over 1 million sq. ft. of space across its London estate, including offices, shops and homes. The work includes removal of gas boilers, driving a 40% reduction in gas usage across the estate. A further 250,000 sq feet will be retrofitted in 2024.
