Clowes have completed ground remediation assessments and look to begin an extensive four-week clean-up project at Harrier Park. Contractor TanRo will begin work on a 20-week programme in early 2025. The site has planning permission for circa 500,000 sq ft of warehouse/industrial space across six buildings.
