An application to transform the Littlewoods Building off Edge Lane in Liverpool has been approved. Developer Capital&Centric will lead the �70m redevelopment of the 260,000 sq ft Liverpool building into what has been dubbed the Hollywood of the North. The site will include two sound stages, commercial offices, worshops, a cinema and bars.
