Residential developer HUB, in partnership with global investment firm H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Finsgate House for �31m with plans to redevelop it into a mixed-use scheme including BtR apartments and affordable office space. The site is near London's Old Street 'Silicon' Roundabout.
