Industrial and logistics developer Indurent, has secured planning consent for a new 432,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development, which will be known as Indurent Park Lichfield. Each unit will be delivered to the highest design and environmental standards, achieving a minimum BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainability and EPC A accreditation for energy efficiency.
