Network Rail has scaled back plans to build office space on top of Liverpool Street Station due to objections from heritage organisations. New proposals from architect Acme preserve more of the station's history with new landmark entrances and aim for a better passenger experience. Offices will still be included in the redesign, along with cafes, restaurants and shops.
