Kier Property has started work on the Logistics City scheme in Milton Keynes. the 125,647 sq ft warehouse development will be built to Net Carbon Zero standards, and target BREEAM Excellent. The building will have a green roof, high-efficiency LED lighting, 4 level loading doors, 12 metre clear height roof span, 14 dock loading doors and PV cells. It will also feature 12,787 sq ft modern office space.
