Graeme House, located close to Liverpool ONE, is to be transformed into 143 apartments by Mandale Homes. M7 Real Estate, which purchased Graeme House for �8m from Downing in 2018, secured approval from Liverpool City Council to convert the 10-storey Liverpool office into apartments in 2021.
