A MAJOR new student accommodation scheme is being proposed for Belfasts Titanic Quarter. Lacuna Developments & Watkin Jones have notified Belfast City Council of their plans to develop a large site behind Belfast Metropolitan College, close to the Titanic Belfast museum.
