Developer Dominus Real Estate has appointed specialist Design and Build contractor McAleer & Rushe to work on its 65 Crutched Friars development. The project will provide over 700 student rooms in 21-storey buildings. It is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating and will use off-site and prefab technology.
