Marks and Spencer is moving forward with its legal battle to demolish and rebuild its flagship Marble Arch store. The retailer argues that Michael Gove should not have blocked its plans and that refurbishment is not a practical or sustainable option. The hearing before a judge is due to conclude by the 15th of February 2024.
