The new owners of Glasgows College Street goods yard site have pressed on with development proposals with the submission of a new planning application. Galliard Apsley Partnership is consulting on proposals for 560 build-to-rent apartments, around 1,000 student beds and 260 co-living properties on the 7.5-acre site.
