Bouygues UK is building zone 1 of Llanellis Pentre Awel development known as Canolfan. During the course of the 24-month build the team achieved net zero on the construction project. Canolfan Pentre Awel brings together life science and business innovation, community healthcare and modern leisure facilities at the 83-acre Delta Lakes site on the Llanelli coastline.
