City of Wolverhampton Council and ECF �� a partnership between Homes England, Legal & General, and Muse �� have submitted a hybrid planning application for City Centre West in Wolverhampton. The plan will deliver 1,000 homes with the first phase comprising 330 build-to-rent and affordable homes.
