Developer Chancerygate will create a 59,500 sq ft of speculative Grade A scheme in Clayton, East Manchester. Called Eastside, the development will comprise nine units ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft. The project is targeting BREEAM and EPC A ratings.
