New plans have been revealed for a Skills and Cyber Campus in Blackburn. A planning application submitted by Maple Grove Blackburn �� a joint venture between Maple Grove Developments and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council �� is seeking planning permission for the first phase of the works, comprising two new contemporary buildings.
