A new five-storey laboratory and office building is set to be built on the edge of Cambridge. The plans for the 27m high building were put forward by Trinity College, which owns the land at the science park where it is due to be built. The building is proposed to offer both laboratory and office space. The exterior is due to be covered in fabric fins that are designed to help prevent the building from overheating.
