Regal has secured planning permission from Camden Council for the redevelopment of 100 Chalk Farm Road into PBSA. The scheme will deliver 264 student bedrooms, 30 affordable homes, nearly 11,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space, and new public realm enhancements.
