Glenigan reports that the retail construction sector is showing signs of recovery after a challenging period. Total new retail work starting on site was worth �480 million in the three months to June 2024 , up 21% on last year. Supermarket project starts rose by 65% against 2023 figures in the three months to June and accounted for over half of all retail starts.
