Plans for the refurbishment and modernisation of 58 Mosley Street have been approved. JM Architects drew up the plans with the ambition of achieving best in class sustainability covering both construction and in operation following completion. The aim is to target a 5 star NABERS rating which would put the building on net zero carbon trajectory, BREEAM outstanding and minimum EPC B.
