Savills research indicates that there are now around 9,000 operational co-living units across the UK, with approximately 5,500 more under construction. Co-living is proving particularly appealing to the 20-40 age group, including international residents and young professionals, who are drawn to the convenience, flexibility, and social aspects of the offering.
