Henry Boot completes work on Elshaw House, Sheffield, which has an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent and Five Star NABERS accreditation, putting it in the top 1% of office buildings in the country for energy efficiency. Technologies used in the building include heat pumps, mixed-mode ventilation and cooled slabs to regulate indoor temperatures.
