Essar Energy Transition (EET) has signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Thornton Science Park. The 66-acre Thornton Science Park is a key asset in the Cheshire Science Corridor, between Liverpool and Manchester, and houses many businesses working in fields related to green energy and the push to net zero.
