Logistics and infrastructure specialist Tritax Big Box REIT has purchased a 74-acre site at Heathrow, London and plans to develop one of the largest data centres in the UK. It has also acquired a 50% share in a joint venture with a European renewable and low carbon energy power generator. This enables accelerated power delivery to the site using pre-existing grid connection agreements.
