Cambridge Council has approved Corstophine & Wright's proposed redevelopment of the city's Grafton shopping centre. Initiated by Pioneer Group, a developer and operator of life science and high-tech campuses, the redevelopment of the Grafton Centre will convert an area of the existing shopping centre into laboratory and office space, but some retail space will remain and be updated.
