The Aspen Building, has been designed in response to the increased demand for mid-sized grow-on laboratory space in Oxford, particularly within the globally significant Headington Science Cluster. The building will include photovoltaic roof panels, a green wall, cycle parking, shower and locker facilities and a minimum of 10 per cent Biodiversity Net Gain to enhance its surrounding 15 acres of woodlands, ponds, and grassland.
