Belgrave Road in London Victoria has become the UK's first building to achieve a NABERS UK Design for Performance 5.5-star rating for operational efficiency. Developed by Quadrum Global, 11 Belgrave Road has also achieved BREEAM Outstanding and a WELL Pre-certification during construction.
